11.13. Main brake cylinder

11.13.1. Removal and installation of the main brake cylinder

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Press several times a pedal of a brake to fill with air the vacuum amplifier of brakes or to remove pressure in the hydraulic block of the servomotor.
3. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of level of brake liquid in a cover of a jellied mouth of a popolnitelny tank.
4. Using a syringe, pump out brake liquid from a popolnitelny tank.
5. Arrange pure rags under the main brake cylinder to collect the leaked brake liquid.
6. Mark the brake tubes suitable to the main brake cylinder.
7. Unscrew nuts of fastening of brake tubes and take aside from the main brake cylinder brake tubes.
8. Close the ends of tubes the corresponding jams.
9. Unscrew the valve of adjustment of pressure from the main brake cylinder.
10. Unscrew two nuts and remove the main brake cylinder from the vacuum amplifier of brakes together with laying.
11. Clear an external surface of the main brake cylinder, then having pulled up, remove a tank from the main brake cylinder.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
2. Thus establish new laying and consolidation of a popolnitelny tank.
3. Remove air from hydraulic system.
4. Nuts of fastening of brake tubes should be tightened by the demanded moment.
5. In case of pulling the flange on the end of a tube can be damaged.
