11.15. Replacement of the unidirectional valve of the vacuum amplifier of brakes

GENERAL INFORMATION

The vacuum plastic hose is not intended for a reuse therefore at valve replacement it is also necessary to replace a hose.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew the connecting nut, fixing a hose to an inlet collector.
2. Having pulled, remove a connector of a cranked branch pipe from the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
3. Cut off a hose from the unidirectional valve and connectors of a cranked branch pipe and a collector.
4. Cut off a new hose of the demanded length.
5. Connect a hose to the unidirectional valve and a connector and fix it collars.
6. Check that shooters on the valve point to a collector.
7. Connect couplings to a collector and the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
