12.2. Rack of a forward suspension bracket

12.2.1. Removal and rack installation

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At existence remove caps of wheels, then weaken bolts of fastening of forward wheels.
2. Tighten the hand brake, then lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
3. Remove the corresponding forward wheel.
4. Take шплинт and unscrew a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave. Remove a nut and a washer.
5. Unscrew bolts and remove from a rotary fist a support of a forward brake. Without disconnecting from a support a brake hose, using a soft wire, tie up a support to a body. Thus do not stretch and do not overwind a brake hose.
6. Unscrew самоконтрящиеся the nuts, fixing a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft and the bottom lever to a rack of a forward suspension bracket. Using a stripper, take a pin of the spherical hinge from a rack of a forward suspension bracket.
7. Take the external end of a power shaft from a nave of a forward wheel. Using a soft wire, adhere the end of a power shaft to a body.
8. Unscrew two nuts, racks of a forward suspension bracket fixing the top part to a body, and take a rack of a forward suspension bracket with a rotary fist from under a car wing.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a rack of a forward suspension bracket in the car and screw two самоконтрящиеся nuts of fastening of the top part of a rack, having tightened nuts the demanded moment.
2. Grease shlitsa of a power shaft and establish a power shaft in a nave of a forward wheel.
3. Establish on a power shaft a washer and screw a koronchaty nut, having tightened it at this stage by hand.
4. Insert a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket into a rotary fist and fix it a nut, having tightened it the demanded moment.
5. Establish a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft in a rack and fix new самоконтрящейся a nut, having tightened it the demanded moment.
6. Using the corresponding tap, clear openings under bolts of fastening of a support.
7. Establish a support and fix it new bolts. Before a vvinchivaniye of bolts put on a carving of bolts the means interfering unscrewing of bolts. Tighten bolts the demanded moment.
8. Tighten the demanded moment a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave.
9. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
