4.1.17. System of greasing of the engine

GENERAL INFORMATION

Greasing of the engine is made under the pressure created by the oil pump. Oil is sucked in via the mesh filter located in a maslopriyemnik, and then arrives via the filter to canals of the block of cylinders. From there oil arrives to a cranked shaft and a camshaft. Bearings of the bottom head of a rod are supplied with oil through internal drilling in a cranked shaft. To camshaft bearings oil also moves under pressure. Cams of a camshaft and the valve are oiled sprayed, as well as all other mobile details of the engine.

For continuous work of system of greasing in it there are two valves – bypass the valve of the oil filter and a safety valve of pressure. Bypass the valve of the oil filter allows oil to arrive in system of greasing of the engine, passing the oil filter when it is hammered and interferes with oil passing.

The safety valve of pressure located in the case of the oil pump, limits pressure in system of greasing of the engine.
